HONG KONG, CHINA – Oct. 17, 2011 /CNW/ – Seaspan Corporation (NYSE:SSW)(NYSE:SSW PR C) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59375 per share on its 9.5% Series C preferred shares for the period from July 30, 2011 to October 29, 2011. The dividend will be paid on October 31, 2011 to all 9.5% Series C preferred shareholders of record as of October 28, 2011.
