TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

We offer a variety of training initiatives to our seafarers to address safety, regulatory requirements, evolving technologies, and security concerns:

  • Ship Handling Simulator Courses designed to familiarize Navigation officers with fleet vessel tonnage and maneuvering characteristics.
  • Fundamentals of ME-C electronic engines are conducted on a simulator provided by the makers MAN B&W.

  • Hands-on technical maintenance training with the support of our custom built electrical and automation panel.
  • Alternative fuel training includes LNG bunkering, dual fuel engines and boilers, simultaneous operations, and more.

  • Introduction to new technologies including ballast water treatment, scrubbers, EGR, SCR and AMP, and more.
  • Our e-learning system hosts a range of self-learning for seafarers while on leave or at sea.

CADETSHIPS

Our cadet program is well-rounded and provides skills relevant to a variety of ship sizes and engine types. The curriculum focuses on safety and good practice, and is carefully planned to ensure cadets acquire comprehensive experience. We employ a dedicated cadet training superintendent to oversee our program and guide our cadets.
